Swimsuit unfinished & lack of communication
I’m usually not one to leave a bad review but the experience I had from the lack of communication from yourselves was a joke. I emailed and DM’d on instagram for weeks and no reply. I then had to drive over to the shop from Liverpool to be told I’d receive my swim suit before I go on holiday. The day before I went on holiday I emailed & DM’d as I hadn’t been notified or received any tracking info and I didn’t have time to drive over again and there was no response from yourselves again. The only way to grab your attention was to go on the comments section on instagram and someone said they would let me know and then still no one came back to me until I posted and tagged you on my story on instagram later that evening. What was more annoying about the whole situation is that you wasn’t getting back to people but was deleting comments off your instagram post. When I got my swimsuit it was lined with blue fabric when it was meant to be mint green and the sarong wasn’t lined at all therefore unfinished. People pay a lot of money for your garments the least you can do is finish them properly. If I didn’t receive the garment the day I went on holiday I would of requested it to be lined, to be honest it hasn’t even been worn cause it looks like I’ve just wrapped fabric around me cause it’s not finished. If the work load is to much to the point it’s effecting the time you have to spend on customer service I’d stop taking on extra work because your comments section on instagram is just full of people who’s had the same experience as me, or maybe hire someone to answer your DM’s/emails? I’ve worked in the industry myself and I know how hard it can be but to just blank your customers who’ve paid money just isn’t acceptable I’m sorry.
