Refund policy

Following receival of your garment, if you require an alternative size, please contact us via Instagram direct message or by calling our store and we can discuss potential alterations to your garment free of charge. Please note, we DO NOT offer refunds, we only offer STORE CREDIT for returned items. Your store credit will expire after 12 months and will be issued from the date we receive the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 14 days following the date you received your garment and must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you attempt to return your item after this 14 day period, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Items exempt from being returned are as follows: Orders where the customer has personally requested changes to be made to an original design. Items as such are strictly NONE REFUNDABLE and NONE RETURNABLE. However, if the item only needs to be altered, we would accept the return in this case. The alterations would be made and the garment would be sent back out to you. 

*For purchases which are not made on the website* Once we have received the item returned, we will then require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only full price items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping 
To return your product, please post to the address as follows:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item back to us we always suggest posting tracked and signed. As otherwise we can not track the item and we are not responsible for lost post!

Please note, once you have made an order and the payment has been received, we do not accept any cancellations.
